Payment must be received before order processing in most cases. For approved accounts, NET-30 or NET-60 terms may be available. All invoices are due by the specified date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier. Piq Bio is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after shipment has been dispatched. Insurance is available upon request for additional cost.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost within 30 days of receipt.
