These products are NOT for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any application in medical treatment. Products are not FDA-approved, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or health condition.
Every PiqBio product is labeled: "Research Use Only — Not for Human or Animal Consumption." This is not a marketing statement; it is a compliance requirement. The buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the product is used only in approved laboratory and in-vitro research settings in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), PiqBio products are NOT drugs as defined by section 201(g), NOT foods, NOT dietary supplements, NOT cosmetics, and NOT medical devices. They are chemical reagents sold solely as research-use-only chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). PiqBio makes no drug, food, dietary, cosmetic, or medical-device claims and no such representation should be inferred from any product description, blog article, or educational content on this website.
PiqBio is NOT a licensed compounding pharmacy and is NOT operating under sections 503A or 503B of the FD&C Act. PiqBio does not compound, dispense, or prepare medications for patient administration. PiqBio does not hold itself out as a pharmacy, outsourcing facility, or healthcare provider. Any inquiry seeking to purchase PiqBio products for patient treatment, prescription fulfillment, or medical practice will be refused.

By purchasing from PiqBio, the buyer represents and warrants that:
Orders from buyers who cannot make the above representations will be refused. PiqBio reserves the right to verify researcher credentials before shipment and to cancel any order for any reason.
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PiqBio LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the buyer's misuse of any PiqBio product, including any prohibited use listed above; (b) the buyer's violation of any federal, state, or local law in connection with the product; (c) the buyer's resale, re-labeling, or redistribution of any product; or (d) any injury, illness, or damage suffered by any person or animal to whom the buyer, directly or indirectly, administered a PiqBio product.
PiqBio's independent Certificate of Analysis program launches Q2 2026 and will use third-party US analytical laboratories. Until then, supplier purity specifications are on file and are available on request. While PiqBio exercises care in selecting testing partners, we do not control their operations or assume responsibility for any errors in testing, analysis, or reporting. Certificate of Analysis documents (once published) are provided as-is. The buyer is responsible for independently verifying analytical results if required for their research protocol.

PiqBio ships lyophilized peptides within 24 hours via 2-day ground carrier in plain, discreet packaging. Insulated cold-chain packaging is available on request. The buyer assumes responsibility for proper storage and handling upon receipt. Products must be stored according to specifications provided in product documentation. PiqBio is not liable for degradation, contamination, or loss of integrity resulting from improper storage or handling by the buyer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIQBIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE PIQBIO PRODUCTS, EVEN IF PIQBIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
